Terms and delivery costs. We deliver all over the Italian territory. For information regarding deliveries of foreign territory and special areas, you may want to contact our customer service. For the available products, processing times are an average of 24/48 working hours. For the ordered products, the timing of evasion are to be checked according to the desired product in any case we strongly recommend to place orders before 12:30. The delivery of orders is done by courier which guarantees, according to the location of destiny, in most cases, delivery in 24/48 working hours, therefore we are not responsible in any way for delays in delivery. Under no circumstances and in no way, the recipient has the right to delay delivery beyond the agreed deadlines without the written permission of our administrative department. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check that the package is intact, without any sign of openness, damage or tampering. If the shipment shows signs of openness, damage or tampering caused by improper transportation, you need to challenge the shipment to the carrier at the time of affixing delivery on the delivery receipt with the following phrase: ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE and TYPE PROBLEM FOUND. Examples: ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE, OPEN PACK / PACK RUINED / WET PACK / PACK tampered / PACK DAMAGED etc ... In the absence of this term, the customer can not take advantage of the right to challenge the shipment. In case the delivery of the order should not be successful for extraordinary reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the order after reimbursement of the same if they will be paid in advance. However, we reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and to cancel any purchase without being held liable for damages and costs which may be occasioned.
